Best friend ??? How do I handle this?

Maybe I am too sensitive, but I had my surgery 2 days ago and haven't heard a word before, during or after my surgery from my best friend. I have been with her through her breast cancer - including caring for her while she was sick in the hospital while her jerk of a husband left to go to work, helping her move when her husband left her, helping her find a job where I work where she gets paid twice as much as I do, and yet, I hear nothing from her right now. She strongly disagreed with my surgery stating I needed a 2nd opinion. I told her that my family Dr. had treated me with no results for my pain, so my OB/GYN was my 2nd opinion. As it turns out, I had adenomyosis, so a hyst was the best option. Anyway, I am upset and not sure how to handle it. I e-mailed her along with some other friends at work to let them know how I am doing, but I don't know if I should make personal contact with her or not. And if I do, what should I say, if anything?
Sorry, just had to vent.
