From Castle to home sweet home

Hard to believe it's been 6 days post op.

Feeling so much better than I thought. Much of the advice that I read here has been very helpful. Drink lots of water and then drink more, take the pain med's (I'm not taking any now) before the pain gets too bad in the castle. Don't be afraid once in the castle to press the nurse's button, they are there to help "you."

So far everything is working and I feel better than the day before. Good luck LIW's, it is hard waiting but oh so nice to return home.

LAVH, kept right ovary.

Off to being a princess.

See you on the post op in a while.

Rhonda

Welcome home! Now be a good princess and remember your training: rest, drink lots of water, rest, take short walks around the house, and rest.

We’ll look for your castle story on the “Princesses Tell Their Stories” forum, and all further surgery / recovery updates on the PostOp forum.

Best wishes for a smooth, uneventful recovery.

Hi Rhonda!

Glad to hear you are home and doing well! Take care of yourself, yes...drink plenty of water, take short slow walks, rest and of course, enjoy your pampering! s
