Arnica & Arnica Gel?

A friend of mine had plastic surgery about 3 months ago & said that her surgeon recommended these two things for tissue healing & bruising. She said it's amazing! Has anyone tried this and what potency do you take? A friend bought two bottles of little homeopathic pearls. One is marked 30c and one is marked 200ck. Thanks!

Hi, I just bought the cream and started it today, 12 days post op. My cream does not rate a strength just instructs to use it several times daily and NOT to use it on open wounds.
My steri-stripes were removed yesterday by doctor and she told me to apply an antibiotic cream on my incision about 4 to 5 times a day. I will do that and use the Arnica on the rest of the swelly belly.

I used the Arnica Gel on my swelly belly and also on my back after both of my lithotripsy's. I also used it on the back of my hand, the nurse left a huge bruise and swelling getting the iv in on the first lithotripsy. I also used the pearls, they came free with my gel, i have the 30...I took five per the instructions.

I have been using the Traumeel brand arnica cream. Works pretty well....I am on my second tube of the stuff. I only use it on the swelly belly area, and keep it away from my incision, even now.
