cramps

I have had my sugery 8 months ago and am still having cramps. They seem to come and go and exercise makes them appear.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do. When I went to the doctor a few weeks ago she said the cramps were nothing to worry about perhaps scar tissue. I had a vaginal surgery so there were no incisions.
Please help me!

Don't have an answer for you. Just thought I'd bump you up to the top and see if you can get an answer in the morning.

Sorry you are having problems. Maybe some one will be able to help you or the Hostess can give you some direction.

Good Luck.

I'm assuming you still have your ovaries? You can have symptoms of periods if you have them. If you get cramps during exercise then perhaps it's endo or adhesions. Did you have cramps prior to surgery like this? Do you mean cramps or heaviness, or pulling or burning? Take a moment to make a running daily log of your discomfort. If it's daily and causing you to take over the counter pain relief then perhaps you should talk again with your doctor.
There are numerous reasons for cramps from pms to vascular related issues after surgery. Check over on the forum called "road less traveled" maybe someone can help you. After 8 months this can be very dissapointing. I'm sorry you are suffering with this.

Yes i still have my ovaries. The pain isn't bad enough that i have to take over the counter medicines, it's just uncomfortable. The doctor said I didn't have any cysts when she checked. I also have pain during intercourse and she told me that was because of where the scar is. That is the spot the penis comes up against. Perhaps this is why I have cramps as well.
Thanks.
