home sweet home

I got home from thr castle yesterday.Everything went well. I was up walking the day after surgery, and continued to improvr each day. I have a really soft pink robe, and the staff named me "the energiser bunny. My fanily laughinglu calls me "the pink nightmare (taken from Ralphie in The Christmas Story"!!) I've been sleeping and drinking water and eating healthy foods. So many tips from this site just came automatically to my mind when I needed thm, I can see from the spelling that the paiin meds are making me sleepy,so I will write more later. Gos blessings to all of you and remember the waiting is truly the worst part. Take care, Kathy M

Gizmo...I guess I can root for the Vikings, too...I'm from the place that sent you Randy Moss....Go Thundering Herd.

Welcome to the other side. You are now crowned a Princess
You are doing all the right things so far, drinking water, walking, eating healthy (although I never did that---bad bad sista)...you made me laugh thinking about the enegizer bunny in your robe. Now don't think because you now have that nickname that you can go and run around and do things...no no....do nothing but what you are already doing...doing it well and be proud that you are doing nothing but healing!
I hope your recovery is uneventful and that you have a wonderful holiday!
