10 weekers and others who just returned to work, how did it go?

I started back to work full time at 5-weeks. After working 8-hour days, I would go home and put my feet up as my darling DH provided dinner every evening to help. I actually found my energy returning after 2-hours of rest, enough to walk the treadmill for 30-minutes. My DH says my energy level is about 95% of my old self in the morning and dwindling down to 75% by the evening due to the activity!
After a week of work and exercise I did spend most of the weekend recovering - even took a 2-hour nap on Saturday - but the mental activity of being back amongst the 'working crowd' was well worth it. Luckily, I was able to remotely work from home at the 3rd week mark starting with 4-hours daily, working myself up to 6 and 8-hour days before physically returning to the actual office. The remote hours assisted me with being able to maintain the 8-hour days upon my return.
My co-workers are great, carrying items for me and coming to me for meetings rather than make me move around more than necessary. Lots of Water, well balanced meals and the increasing exercise is how I contribute to getting better every day.
