How long was your surgery?

Hi everyone. I just heard from my doctor and found out my TAH would last around 2-2.5 hours. How long was yours?

How long was your surgery?

That sounds about right. Mine was a little longer - I had a tah, but when the DR got in there my uterus was a lot bigger than she thought so she had to really struggle with it. Almost had to also do a vertical to get that sucker out.

Best wishes!

How long was your surgery?

Hi
I think mine was 1 hour and 10 minutes. He told me it would take about an hour and I remember it was about 10 minutes over. I hope that is right....I kept my cervix and ovaries....Hope that helps. However how long did it seem to me it took?? Well I went to sleep and woke up so about 5 minutes!!!

Hugs to you

How long was your surgery?

I don't know exactly how long my TVH took, but it was almost exactly 2 hours from the time I was knocked out until I woke up in the recovery room.
