possible operations

Years ago, I had carpal tunnel surgery in both my hands/wrists. Now, I have all the signs again. I dont want to have to go through anymore ops right now.
The only thing is I'm getting pain that goes all the way up my left arm to my shoulder and gets numb and of course it hurts too. My right one isn't as bad. I did find my old wrist brace that I used before but I only have it for my right one. OHH well. At least its something.
Please pray that this will either heal up itself or that I can hold out for awhile. I have other physical problems that need to be dealt with first.
I also have degenerative bone disease in my left hip and the docs are having a hard time deciding on how to help me. Sometimes I have to go to the hospital to get special pain shots, otherwise I take naproxen for that.
I think I need a new body!

I'm sorry you are having pain and physical problems and I hope you don't have to face more surgery. I will keep you in my prayers that your carpal tunnel does heal. I pray that God will spare you from more surgery and pain.

God bless.

I feel like that sometimes too. I am scheduled for my 4th surgry in less than 11 months - sometimes I feel like my body is failing me. {{{sigh}}}

I will be praying that you will not need more surgery. I had carpal tunnel surgry in my right hand (my dominant hand). So far I have not noticed any problems - although I was warned by the doctor that sometimes new problems can arise after surgery. I think it would be a good idea to see a hand specialist right away - maybe you can avoid any additional surgry by receiving medical atttention now. There might be some physical therapy they will recommend.
