Bladder Infections?

Hello Everyone!

I am 8 months post op and have had 2 bladder infections. I
usually get a bladder infection every 3 or 4 years so I was concerned that I already had two. Does anybody have any info on this subject? Is it common to get a bladder infection after having surgery? I read that it helps to drink a glass cranberry juice everyday to prevent bladder infections. So far it has helped no infection.

Scroll down to "Bladder Matters" in the menu...and you'll have the opportunity to do quite a bit of reading on the topic!

In some of the articles I have read, it says that drinking a glass or two of cranberry juice can help prevent UTI's. There are other tips for prevention in the articles as well. I hope you find the information you are seeking.
