Calling all 3 monther's
I think at last check we were all in all doing pretty well. I had a minor set-back at my appointment this past week (My pain has recurred on the left side) and I've been struggling with getting the right balance of hormones but all in I have gotten past sooo many other hurdles. How are the rest of you???

Great to hear you are all doing well. As for me, I only have one word to say, 'TIRED'. I can't seem to shake this exhaustion. I have read other posts and it does not seem out of the ordinary but when it happens to you, my goodness.
Does anyone still have soreness? I used heels for the first time last week and did that cost me. I am not budging out of my flats for a while.
The swelly belly is hanging around like an unwanted relative. I she goes soon too.
Only time will help but I hope I have the patience. I hope everyone else is doing well.

'Nother 3 monther here.....
Doing well. I have sometimes pain still on my right side but that is where most of the work was done and probably some adhesions there but I can live with this unlike pre-op. Doesn't impede my life like the pain did pre-op and I don't have to take anything for it.
It is probably healing still, too and I do notice on days I work both jobs and do alot of my walking, it is worse then so is definately worse on days I over do it....
Other than this, I am doing well..
I hope some other 3 monthers reply glad you sisters have.....
NO MORE PERIODS!!!!!! Is nice to be able to say I haven't had an period since October.....
Wish this annoying swelly belly would GO and glad to see I am not the only one in the 3 month range who still has it.....

I'll be 3 months on the 18th too. Overall, things are going really well. Swelly belly hangs around here too, but I am starting to make the transition back to pants with buttons and zippers. There was I time when I really didn't think that was going to happen! My tummy still has some tender spots, but the DR told me last week that was where they had to go through muscles, etc. and the tenderness can linger for a while.
My biggest thing has been granulation. I went back to the DR last Friday and he said there was STILL a small spot of the vaginal cuff not completely healed. Thankfully though, he told me I didn't have to come back. I told him I was going to break it off with him anyway! We were seeing each other every 2 weeks and it was cramping my style. He assures me it will heal eventually, but can't really say why it's taking forever.
I feel great! I can honestly say I'm so glad I had it done. I DO NOT miss bleeding 10 out of every 21 days. And those horrid cramps. Talk about cramping your style!!
Hope everyone else is doing well too!

I'll be 3 months on the 20th. So far, everything is going fairly well. My doctor says I have interstitial cystitis in addition to the endo, but so far medications have helped keep the pain at bay. My biggest issue has been fatigue. I was told it can take up to a year. I sleep at night, but I just don't wake up rested. However, I'll take the fatigue over what I was dealing with pre-op any day. I've been very surprised at how many sisters have had multiple post-op appointments. I had one appt. at 4 weeks and a couple of over-the-phone discussions and that's it. I haven't started HRT yet (had a TAH/BSO due to endo). Should be starting that up within the next few weeks I would think. Glad to hear that everyone else seems to be doing well.

Calling all 3 monther's
Hi ladies, 3 months this week.
Boy its been a long haul. I go to my gyn this Thursday . wasnt suposed to see him till April but I am having some new problems. My hubby and I were suposed to try and we just havent been able to. I believe my bladder prolapsed again. Hoping not but feels like it. yuck. As far as tierd yes!. working way too many hours and not enough couch time..hahaha. I thought maybe I still had internal stiches but my nurse said no way not at 3 months and I need to be seen for still having to wear pads at 3 months. I guess I have worn them so long I didnt realize its been since September that I hadnt went a day with out. I was for sure that I would be able to give them up soon. Praying that I get some relief from this soon. Hope all are doing good.
God Bless!

I'm glad to see your all getting your lives back .... I have not made it that far yet but better than last weak so that is a step forward at least huh. Got some building pain swelling in belly above incision and pain and pressure on the inside tried the you know what with hubby and almost kicked him off me (litterally) not at all ready but it is like i can feel my bladder lower and it hurt in the back wereyour intestines are not to mention the possible fistula in bladder or it is interstatial cyctitis. Always tired fallen asleep now 2x while doing dinner and can not watch tv more than 15 min without passing out wherever i a. Hotflashes at 3 months but i am only 30 and kept ovary but it has been 3 months you would think it has come out of shock by now hmmm.
Anyhow hoping to feel like you ladies soon cause im not back to work and have no jpb now. Need $ yesterfay lot's of openings in area but nothing part time till i heel.
Good Luck and Prayers for all us Sisters

Calling all 3 monther's
I am 11 weeks post (close enough to 3 months right) and LIFE IS GREAT!!! I've had to do a little adjusting such as leaving notes everywhere so I don't forget things and my belly is still numb but those are such minor things compared to before. I still check everytime I use the restroom, wonder when that will stop. I thought I had rounded up all my supplies: reg, super & super plus tampons, super pads, panti liners and given them away but I still find them in the strangest places and it makes me so happy I don't need them anymore. My sister keeps telling me to hang on to those pantiliners I might need them when I cough and I assure her I'm not going there either and gave those to her! I only wish my fear hadn't prevented me from taking care of my bleeding issues sooner and not had to deal with all that bleeding for all those years!

What is up with the lingering swelly belly? I can't stand it. I feel like people think I am crazy when I say I still get swollen. Even the nurse at the dr office was surprised. Is it like the great dark secret that they don't want to tell you about? Other than that I have tired days but not too bad. Hang in there all!!!
