waking up again!

I have been taking Estratest HS 0.625 mg/1.25mg now for over a week and I feel pretty good. I actually feel a bit of desire for sex now.

I checked online and found out that our insurance only covers Syntest so I will ask the dr. about this tomarrow. The Estratest cost a bit over $2.00 a pill and I can't afford that. The Syntest will be more affordable for me if it works as well at the Estratest. I am breaking out a bit on my face but it's nothing a little cover up cream won't cure. I wouldn't trade the feelings I am having for all the acne in the world. It has been years since I felt like this! I feel like it has helped my mind a bit as well with consentration and well being. Maybe this is what I have been needing.

I hope I don't jinx myself by posting but I wanted to perhaps shed some light on what has been an extremely dark tunnel for me.

waking up again!

Hi Chris

Syntest is the generic form of Estratest...so you should do fine in switching, as Estratest and Syntest are basically the same chemical make-up.

It is so good to hear that you are noticing improvement and it gives hope to ladies who are in that dark tunnel.

Please keep us posted on how you are doing.

waking up again!

Wow! That's great news. I've had a prescription for the full strength since the week of Christmas and have been too afraid to take it. This gives me encouragement.

I have a lot going on right now, which I hope will all be over by March 1. I plan to start taking it March 1. I hope my results will be as good as yours.

So glad to see your post. I wish you continued success!
