off to the castle just over an hour

In just under an hour and half I'll be off to the castle, feeling really strange sort of panicky calm wierd.

got to get my toast in before 7am and then by all accounts I won't get fed 'til tomorrow. drinking black tea at the moment.

the ditty on my calender today says "Misery is almost always the result of thinking"
