Abdominal Wrap?

I am down to the wire and now I really want to know about ab wraps, pro and con. My mother did, my sister didn't...I am 45 (well 46 in a few days) I have already gain 20 pounds since May---no I am not overweight by doctors standards, but I have back problems anyway. I weigh about 130, give or take 3 lbs.

Don't they hurt? Do they need to be worn all the time and how long do you wear them?

If I'm going to do this, I have to get one today or tomorrow. I feel like a pest sending so many notes

You ladies have been a God send!!

Thank you and God Bless Queena

RE: Abdominal Wrap

Are you talking about a tummy binder? If that's what you're wondering about I highly recommend it. I wore mine every time I took a walk or was just walking around the house all the time for the first 3 weeks. Now that I'm in my fourth week, I'm using it less. I read a post here recently that said that at some point you need to use your own ab muscles to support yourself. I feel I can do that better now. In the beginning I couldn't. The binder really helped.

Hope this helps,

I wore mine every time I took a walk or was just walking around the house all the time for the first 3 weeks. Now that I'm in my fourth week, I'm using it less. I read a post here recently that said that at some point you need to use your own ab muscles to support yourself. I feel I can do that better now. In the beginning I couldn't. The binder really helped. And the support it offered felt great. I found it uncomfortable while sitting, but I wore it a lot when I was up and about.

Please don't feel like a pest. How else are you going to learn? I've learned so much from this web-site and no one ever made me feel silly or stupid for asking a question.

Hope this helps,

Abdominal Wrap?

You're a doll. I'll go tomorrow and pick one up. It makes sense to me now. Glad to hear you are getting along so well.

Appreciate all the info!
