Now a cystocele too?

I have what I believe to be a rectocele, can't get to the doc till Tues. This morning it felt wierder than usual down there so I took a peek and I now have 2 bulges popping out. The rectocele bulge is about 1 1/2 inches around and this new bulge is only about 1/2 inch around. I think it is a cystocele. I just can't believe how quickly it appeared It was NOT there 2 days ago. I hope every thing else stays where it is supposed to till Tues. Is it normal for them to pop out so quickly? I am taking metamucil, eating a lot of fiber, and not straining as much as possible. I don't know what else to do to keep everything up there.

Terri
It sounds like you are doing all of theright things. No heavy lifting or pulling either.
It is quite common to have more than one prolapse at the same time. I had the rectocele and enterocele. My gyn also said I now have a small cystocele, but the urologist never mentioned it.
Try to get all of your prolapses fixed at the same time, because if you don't it can just cause more problems.

I hope all turns out well for you.

Now a cystocele too?

Hello,
Peggy is right. I also have multipals colaspe's too. They just seem to pop up, pardon the pun, around the same time. I would also recomend a stool sftener and don't wait to use the bathroom no matter which one you have to do. Good luck at your apt.
