Post-op swelling

I had a SAH on Feb. 25th, 2005 and cannot believe the abdominal swelling. Before the surgery I had an extremely flat tummy. Is there any hope of returning to my pre-op stature? I do realize it's only been 3 days since my surgery, but the bulge is freaking me out!
