estrogen level

Yes, that number seems really high. I have read the best time to have estradiol blood levels is about 5 hours after you take the pills. For that is the time it peaks in your system. The levels drop as the day goes on. I take 1.5 mgs of estriadiol a day and my level was 66.But , each person is different in the way the body respones to the hormones. Do you have any side effects? And how long have you been taking that dose?

I have been on estradiol for about a yr now started at 2 mgs then upped to 3 mgs a while ago maybe 6 months or so. I had the blood drawn about 2.5 hrs after I took it, I am not sure if the side effects I have are from it being high or not. Like I have gained weight, like 20 lbs.(seems from nowhere) I dont eat more than usual but do crave sweets,,, I get headaches(but always have) I am tired alot, and have achy muscles, especially legs, I am always cold especially my handds and feet. bnut have no idea if these are from high est.
