any curves diet classers out there???

hey ladies i belong to curves like so many of you. but i am wondering if at your curves you all have a diet class. i am looking for some feed back on this. did it help any, did you learn anything new like where to find protein with out the carbs? any ideas or help or comments please. thanks and have a blessed day. debbie

Hi - I did the Curves diet class last year. In the 6 weeks I lost 15 lbs. I kept going for 4 months, and lost 30 lbs. altogether. Their Phase 3 program is good for keeping the weight off, too. Mine stayed off for 5 months, and I'm now back on the diet to lose a few more pounds before I have my surgery. The diet really worked for me! Good luck with it!
