anyone heard of this?

Has anyone heard of anyone doing this or tried it themselves?
I was reading on the site that someone poked a hole in there Prometrium capsule and rubbed the oil into there skin instead of swallowing it, I wonder if this is a better way of getting it into your system? Would you rub it into the under side of your forearm or am I just a crazy lady thinking this can be done?

Thanks,

I think it's a bit risky because you cannot control the dosage that way. Also, the amount in a capsule is quite a lot compared with what you need transdermally because in taking it orally you lose a lot passing through your digestive system. It'd also be a lot more expensive that way than just buying an OTC or compounded progesterone cream.

Just my
