bleeding 6wks post op?

hello everyone haven't posted in a while, but still like to read up and see how everyone is feeling. well i had my oopherectomy and bladder sling done on january27,2005. this completed my hysterectomy. i had my hysterectomy in october 2004 but,left the right ovary. so after i had started hurting again i knew it was time for the other oopher to come out. now i feel better than ever and haven't started on any hormones yet, but no problems so far! I do have a question though. I am 6wks. post op and my DH and i have been having intercourse since i was about 4wks. post op.well, last night i had alot of pink bleeding after intercourse and i wonder if this is normal. i had no bleeding all the other times so why now? wanted to know if anybody else had this before i call the doctor and embarrass myself. thanks for reading. please let me know.

No need to be embarrassed asking your Dr. about your bleeding. That's what I would recommend; calling your Dr. to see what they say or if they want to set up an appt. for you. I had some bleeding after intercourse several months out from my hyst and it ended up being granulation tissue.

Please don't hesitate to call your dr. That's what they're there for. Let us know what you find out ok?
