Surgery Type: TAH
Ovaries: Undecided
What dosage of DIM do you use?

For those of you who are taking DIM, what dosage do you take per day and do you divide it? Right now I am only taking 100mg per day and wonder if I should be doubling that. Just thought I'd get a general idea from what others are taking. Thanks in advance for your replies.

Ovaries: Removed both
What dosage of DIM do you use?

I take two of the 100mg pills per day, one with breakfast and one with dinner... but I have a breast cancer history. IMHO one pill is probably enough, I'm just paranoid

DIM Dose

Currently, I take 150mgs of DIM in a divided dose but I may go back to 100mgs daily. Diana
