sleep or sweat?

Why is it that hotflashes strike with avengence at night?? maybe i can trick my body and get these pesky flashes to do their dirty work during the day.

Also, does anyone know if exercise and hot flashes are related. It seems the more running and working out I do the worse and more often these symptoms appear. Just curious.

One last questions, has anyone experienced hot flashes while working out - did you feel super super hot like you might faint?

My doctor said exercise could help minimize them. Iam having knight sweats and wake up soaking wet 4 to 5 times through the knight. i have been very sick to my stomach. Ive started estrovan I hope it help.
