5 wk post op/odor/discharge

Is this stuff ever going to go away? Final check-up is 3-22. I do not seem to have an infection. Thanks.

I know it seems like it will never end, but it really will. I am wondering what kind of discharge you're experiencing now? Is there some blood in it, or is it just the yellow discharge? The yellow stuff is very common around this 5 week mark. It is just stitches dissolving and won't last too much longer-mine didn't anyway.
If you are still having discharge with some blood in it, you should ask your dr about it if you haven't. I hope you will be clear of this soon - be patient, it is all part of the process.
