bladder feel wierd

1st sugery 13 years ago vaginal hyster just uterus, 2nd 1 1/2 years ago ovaries and fallopian tubes laperscope when dr got in ovaries and tubes were adhesed to inside of vaginal wall acompanyed by cysts that was the reason for the surgery due to ongoing pain, 3rd six months ago laperscope for ovarian cysts remnant, 4th and better be last on march 7th !!!! ovarian cysts remnant left ovarie size of almond cysts size of pool ball, how many ovaries do i have any way!! diffrent dr. he did explor laporatomy this time. had 12 sta where should i expect my recovery to be at this point? is lower back pain common? can i vaccum? they were really vague about what i sould and should not do there is a sore knot on my right side quite aways away from the incision my bladder feels irriated according to the dr cysts was stuck to bladder and stomach when i lay on my back or left side i can feel the knot with my hand it just feels like big knot??? and it is very sore all the time and also to the touch. any thoughts from anyone??? should i call dr, or wait awhile 2 weeks 1 day post op.

I would call your dr. with any concerns that you are having. It never hurts to call and tell them what is going on. They may want you to come in sooner or they may ease your mind and tell you what you are feeling is normal postoperatively. After all, you are paying your dr. to give you the best care possible.
