Smile - March week 4 March week 4

another week gone by, soon it will be April. Weigh-in for me last night, the scale remains kind. down 1.2 lbs.

Got a few challenges ahead of me this weekend with a road trip, basketball and Easter. My goal is to maintain this week, perhaps if I can motivate myself to hit the gym while I am on the road, I'll hit that goal. We'll see.

Hope you've all had a great week!

BSQ
down 13.2 ... 6.8 to go

March week 4

Congratulations Bobby!

I've had a great week - in every way possible.

I've made it to the a total of 5 times in the last 2 week and I can see that has made all the difference --- hopping on the scales yesterday a.m. I was 160! --- 3lbs in just over a week.

10 down- 10 to go!!!!

now..... I just have to be sure to avoid all the Easter Bunny's treats!

March week 4

Well....I've been forgetting to check in. Oops...
I'm still holding out at 150....I lost the initial 5 lbs in January and have been stuck since. Maybe the warmer weather will help--it usually means I'll be outside more and moving around more.

And, I had been eating candy cinnamons...well, I just realized that there are 60 calories in each of those bad boys....If I ate 10 of them, that's 600 calories. Yikes! I know I used to sit in church and chomp away on them. Maybe this will help.

We "blew up" our treadmill a couple of weeks ago...it was old and I guess it couldn't take the daily use. My mother gave us her exercise bike, so...

I'm just so disgusted w/myself because I cannot fit into any of my summer clothes. The scale has not gone up so much as my body has changed shapes. I either have to starve myself or buy new fat clothes.
