6 ultrasounds

2 CatScans
Upper GI series
2 Endo Scopes
blood tests galore
and tons of aggravation...

I FINALLY have a date set for April 26th...my Gyno Onc's office staff is still impossible but luckily my PS's staff is wonderful and they called me today--

Even after I spoke to gyno onc's office to check to see if they did the FMLA paperwork (they didn't) they never mentioned a word about the date-- so if I left it up to them i'd still be waiting!!

I've never in my life met such an uncaring woman be part of an offie that should be extra caring-- I am going to say something to my Dr ...

I am SO EXCITED to know that this FINALLY a reality and all these months of aggravation and blow offs are FINALLY coming to and end!! YAHOO!

To all those of you who are still playing the waiting game--I can tell you it feels like a giant weight off your shoulders to know that there is an actual destination...and it is so nice to finally see it!!

Good for you!! I hope your surgery and recovery both go well. Please do mention the uncaring office worker. I can see having a bad day once in awhile, but it sounds as if this one should either change her attitude or find another job. Your doc will want to know how you've been treated. Take care!!

Hi Carol. What wonderful news! You have a date! And after all that jazz that you went thru. I sure can understand. I went thru all that any more for a "mystery" hip problem. And now you have a light at the end of the tunnel! Yippy skippy! I hope to have a date soon myself. Now sit back and plan the best princess days of your life. I am truly happy for you!

Can't wait, just counting down the days and staying busy painting my condo and doing assorted "stuff"

I decided that I love my PS' s staff so I am going to utilize them as much as possible-- also the Internist who actually cleared me for surgery on pre op has a great staff too-- so maybe i'll never have to have any contact with Witchie Poo ever again!!
