South Beach Diet

Can someone give me a brief understanding about what food I can eat and which ones I can? I have the book and will read it but just want the basics so I can go out and get some groceries! Thanks!

South Beach Diet

Hi - I just started the south Beach today - had a omelet with Canadian Bacon and low-fat mozzarella. It was weird not having toast, but didn't really need it. For lunch I'm planning on a salad with baked chicken and romaine lettuce, and salmon and asparagus for dinner. I've never been this obsessed with food!!! I hope this works!

The book was very easy to read and it made a lot of sense. I used the list "foods to enjoy" to make my grocery list - it was easy - especially because my husband did the shopping!

Take care and good luck!
