Severe cervical dysplasia with severe endocervical dysplasia

In January I had a pap come back LSIL. They told me I needed to have a colscopy (scheduled 2 weeks later) with an ECC. I did that and it came back severe dysplasia with severe endocervical dysplasia. I went to my Ob/Gyn and my HMO needed me to have only a consult first so now I have been waiting another month for the LEEP. During my consult with my Ob, didn't pressure me but told me I was playing "Russian Roulette" if I wanted to preserve my ability to have more children due to my age (almost 38), my endo, and he suspected that I now had polycystic ovary something or other and my high-risk pregancies that took place before all of this...he basically said I had to do the HMO dance now...I have been tweeking out! I guess I am awaiting the final diagnosis. He told me they needed to see the margins...since then I found out that 2 of my aunts died from cervical cancer...this is very stressful! What the heck does severe endocervical dysplasia mean?
