Long story, hopefully will make it short

Hi, Sisters. I need your help? Last 02/04 I was diag. w/ pre-can. cervical cells over 3/4 of my cervics. I had the LEEP procedure. Had some additional probs. found out I had Polycistic ovarian syndrome and had TAH 04/04. It was exactly 6 weeks after my LEEp was done. My GYN found(while he was in surgery) the pre-can. cells had already returned, so he said it was a good thing we had went ahead and did this. Now I am (I found out) HPV positive, I don't know what kind though. I'm on estrogen pills and on progestrogen and 2 percent test. compound. Iwas on 1% test until 03/05 and nurse pract. changed it b/c of no libido.
I just went for my annual (03/05) , Ihad missed a couple of pap smears. And then I got the dreaded call, it came back abn.I then went for the colposcopy. I told him I had noticed some thickening of the skin on the left side of my vulva area, and some white spots and it itched really bad.I have no discharge or infection. Also found two lumps. When I told him this he said the thickening and lumps were from too much testosterone. He said all he seen on the colp. was unhealthy cells at the top of the vagina. And prescribed .1% testosterone applicators for 3 weeks.
Now sisters I ve searched every where and can't find anything that says too much test. will cause my symp. Do any of you know or are going through this. Please reply soon. I've read a little about some cancers and I just don't want to find out it's a type of vulva cancer.
Sorry it was Sooo long,Love 4-wheelin

Long story, hopefully will make it short

Hi Well, I use compounded testosterone cream, too. At one point I was getting too much, and the only symptoms I had were a bit oilier skin on my face, and occasional cyst like bumps in my scalp and around the vulva When I reduced the dose, they went away

I'm glad you are following up on this with your DR. Hopefully though, it's just like what happened to me and reducing the testosterone will allow it to go away. Let us know, OK?
s,
-Linda
