TAH/BSO - Thanks for all posts, helped me during stay

Thanks to all the many helpful hints I got from all your posts. My surgery went without a single problem, my mass on right ovary and cyst on left turned out to be fibroids floating on stalks, hiding my ovaries, lost both unfortunately because of cysts that were on my both tubes. Many fibroids and TAh/BSO later I have felt great since first morning after surgery, walked alot 1st day and since, 6 days out and I feel like working in the garden, but will try to keep it down. Absolutely best advice was for sleep mask and ear plugs, even thought I was at end of hall, the noise at night kept me awake first night, but I slept like a baby with mask and earplugs, and it is almost impossible for me to sleep during the day, even if I feel terrible.

Again thanks for all the good information, and also for keeping my fears under control with all questions that were asked, it seemed the minute I thought of something, someone had just asked that same question.

Also to all the fluffy ladies, I am 56 considerably over 200 pds, fairly active, but shaped sort of like Roseanne at her biggest and still came through with flying colors, so don't let anything hold you back from making your life better.
