(Carmal) I feel Awful!!

I am going through the same thing carmal is describing it is truly awful. I have terrible stomach pain, most the time right sided it also trvels to the middle around my belly button and to my left side. I get constipated so bad for like 3 to 4 days and oohh does it hurt then bam i get diahrra. When i get constipated it feels awful it just sits there and i can feel it and no matter what i do or take it won't budge until my system is ready i'm in bed for 2 to 3 days. When i eat i too get extremly nausated so between the not pooping and being nausated i too don't eat much. I'v called my gyn he seems very uninterested and tells me to go to my primary care dr. but with my insurance i can go anywhere i want. I tried calling a gasteroligist i can't seem to get into one of those until april. Every time i call to push my appt forward they tell me go to the ER. I know that this is more than IBS. I'v been a IBS suffer for years and this is not it. I get very depressed i'm tired of feeling this way. I want to be normal. Whatever normal is.
