Hemorroids anyone?!?!?

Oh Yeah the lancing, oh what a god send. I was sore for a few days after, but the pressure was released. You should have seen me, it was pathetic, (graphic) here I was at 3am in the morning, putting ice cubes on them, spreading my butt cheeks so I wouldnt have the added pressure. Finally I said screw this and went to the emergency room. It was really embarrassing, but pain relief was wonderful. When they lanced it, I felt the blood just pour out. Messy business. I know one day I should have them taken care of, but they are the least of my concern right now.

Hemorroids anyone?!?!?

I just hate the bleeding, cause it makes me worry about other things that could be wrong. Even though I know that my doctor has diagnosed them and that those hemocult thingys have always come back negative. I worry myself too much with the what ifs? Which I know is bad. I just want this problem cleared up.

Did the lancing hurt? Have you had any other tests to rule out anything else?

The lancing did not hurt, what did hurt is the needle the inserted to numb everything first. Ouch! But it is very quick. They can surgically remove the hemmies. Then they are gone. When they lance them, all they are doing is cutting it open to let the blood escape. IMHO I know eventually they have to go, but they arent life threating, just irratating. You really should talk to your doctor about your options. They might have other methods that I am not aware of. I havent had any tests concerning my hemmies. I have had them since my first child was born almost 12 years ago.

Hope all is well with you today.,
