Lap band, anyone?

I am thinking about going the lap band route of the gastric bypass. Much less invasive and once you maintain the "optimum" weight, it can be removed. I received a listing of doctors within a 100 mile radius. My question is... how do I pick one??

We have a number of doctors in our area who are skilled in the lap band procedure and most people I have heard of who have undergone the procedure are recommended by their regular physician. Word of mouth and recommendations by other patients is also good.

I think I would check around the area you are in and even try to set up some appointments with some of them.
