Vitamin C & E

I've read on here it's a good idea to take C&E to help w/healing. My question is when's the best time to take it? Morning, afternoon, bedtime? Thanks in advace for your replies.

Vitamin C & E

I was advised by my doctor to stop taking vitamin e and c 2 weeks before my surgery and he did not want me to start taking them until he released me at my 6 week checkup. So please be sure to consult your doctor

I wouldn't want your surgery to be postponed because of thin blood from the vitamins. Hope everything goes well for you.

My gyn wanted me to stop taking Vit E and Fish Oil caplets prior to my surgery because she said it thins the blood. Also had to stop with Advil 10 days prior to surgery.
