smooth move tea

is this "miracle tea" available in the uk or if not is it available on line anywhere.i would love to try it to see if it makes a difference!

At their website Traditional Medicinals it doesn't appear to be available outside the U.S. (it's listed under the Digestive Teas tab). The store locator asks for a city/state or zip code.

However there seems to be plenty of online sites that sell it (including the one I listed)...maybe you could order from there? You can also click on the contact us in the upper right of the webpage and there is a phone number to order from. Maybe there is an equivalent that can be found in the U.K.?

I've never used it but it appears to help those who have used it.

I used a senna tea called Get Regular (from Yogi). I found it in a whole foods store in the herbal tea aisle. Senna is the active herb that stimulates the peristalsis of the bowel.
