Anyone switched from Climara to Vivelle Dot?

Hi Mrs Dukes! I was on Climara at first and loved it. But I too had a hard time with being alergic to the large patch on my skin for an entire week so I switched to Vivelle Dot. I tolerated it much better because it's smaller and I change it twice a week. The only thing I noticed after a few months was that I was experienceing anxiety. But I'm beginning to figure out that I was not getting enough estrogen. So I upped the dosage and I'm also putting in on my hip where the absorbtion is better. I think Climara and Vivelle are very similar.

Anyone switched from Climara to Vivelle Dot?

i switched from climara to vivelle and i felt emotionally alot better. it helped with my other symptoms also. the only problem i had is that after 2 months on it i started breaking out really bad and had severe oily skin, so i came off of it but it stuck better and like i said before, emotionally i was feeling alot better. good luck.
