Wine with Dinner?

We are having company this weekend, and I was wondering if it would be okay to have a little wine with dinner? As long as I'm not on meds.....it should be okay? 10 days post op

Wine with Dinner?

I didn't even wait 10 days for my first beer with the hubby!! As long as you are off your meds!!! And as long as you don't overdue it and think you feel better than you do leading to over exertion!!!
It is nice to sit back and relax after all we have been through--enjoy your evening!!

Wine with Dinner?

You have to promise first that if there is any dancing on tabletops or lampshades on heads that you will promptly post pictures somewhere so we can see them!

No, really, as long as you're not taking anything that interacts with wine, and you don't drink so much that you stumble and cause harm to yourself, why not have a glass with dinner? Helps the digestion, right??

And if you're doing any table dancing, be sure to have someone help you up, and down!

Enjoy!

Wine with Dinner

I have been contemplating to have a glass of wine just for the fun of it. I haven't, because I was concerned about the possible side effects. I have not been on any meds since 2 days after surgery except for OTC drugs like ibuprofen or tylenol. So, I think I will try some wine tonight, just half a glass, and see what it does.

Wine with Dinner?

I told my Dr. that I'm bringing my cooler with Corona in it with me to the Castle. I told him it was the best way to get my bowels moving. He laughed and said he join me for one after he takes the morphine pump away from me.
