New wrinkles/sagging skin - which hormone???

Four months ago I switched from bio-idential hormones to Estratest HS. This did wonders for my mood and libido, but now I'm noticing more facial wrinkles and sagging skin. I read through the effects of too much/not enough of hormones, but did not notice which hormone is responsible for the skin. I always though it was just plain old estrogen - but I'm not sure--do you think perhaps I'm now not getting enough estrogen or not enough testosterone? When I was on bio-identicals, my dose was E2, E3, and P4 which I think was 25 estrogen, 2.5 estriol, and 100 progesterone, and then did the 2% testosterone cream on 2-3 times weekly. Any suggestions???? Thank you. PS I always take care of my skin and use lots of moisturizers, etc on it....and I don't do sugar most of the time!!!!! Thank-you....

I was told testosterone can help our skin stay thicker and tigher (like a man's skin). Not sure about the other hormones, as far as tightening. I know when my sister had a hysterectomy at age 28, she was on premarin for years and years. She quit cold turkey with the 'scare' and aged very fast without hormones. Her apearance changed so much as far as saggy skin, loss of collegen, she 'shrunk'!

She's on bio's now, and looks better, but I don't know if she uses testosterone or not.

Ugh,, one step forward, 2 steps back!
