Hair thinning after TAH/BSO - No Ovaries - Yes HRT - Surgical Menopause

Hysterectomy:

Hair thinning after TAH/BSO

Had TAH/BSO 18mos. ago. Wear an estrogen patch and use testosterone ointment. (low energy and libido without it)Have noticed hair thinning in front and on top past few months. Had thyroid etc. checked. All is good. Have to wonder if testosterone (which I use sparingly) or menopause itself is the culprit. My Dr. said I am getting enough estrogen and do not need progesterone. Any similiar problems anyone? Any solutions?
