Feeling Great!

Well I'm only 34, just had a TAH done 2 weeks ago......so far I feel great. I'm on the Climara Patch and have not had any menopausal symptoms as of yet....fingers crossed. I still have a swollen belly and in some places a bit numb, my doctor said this is normal and that it may last for about 6 weeks. I can't wait till I'm released and can get back to my life with this great new feeling.....I'm sure my husband is ready also!!

Glad that you are feeling so well! Remember to take it easy and let your body heal. Hope that the rest of your recovery period is as good as the beginning.

I'm glad you're feeling great. I had a SAH (uterus was 4 1/2 lbs)two weeks ago and feel great as well. I have to keep reminding myself that I still have to heal internally.

I can't wait to be released so I can go back to my life as well.
