Too much estrogen/progesterone

MsShelle,
You seem to have symptoms of fluctuating hormones. You are also only one month post op. think what your poor little ovaries have been through and give them a chance to get back in the swing of things. One thing I would recommend...well it is two things actually. #1 start keeping a journal of your symptoms. I little calendar that you keep near your bed would be good. Just write down the things like breasts hurt...headache, etc. Then for the second thing. Start taking your temperature each morning before even getting out of bed. Record the temp each day and then chart them. You should see a rise followed two weeks later by a fall the difference is small maybe .5-1degree difference, so I would use a glass thermometer because they are more accurate. I will enclose a website where you can print out blank charts for recording this data. This will give you a good idea for where you would have been in your cycle. The slight rise is ovulation and then when your temp falls that would be the day you would have started your period. You can then look at that and combine with your symptom diary to get a better idea of what is going on. If you know it is PMS time you might not think it is so weird. Also having this info will help you if you decide to discuss any of it with your doctor. Knowing where you are in your cycle is valueable information. Here is the link for the chart http://www.fertilityplus.org/faq/bbt...nload.html#gif
good luck to you
