Numbness in Genital area?

I had a TAH and Burch Bladder suspension 6-9-05. I also had a full TT. I have noticed that my genital area seems to be a bit numb, or swollen. I'm wondering if that is from the bladder suspension or TT? My gyn did an internal exam and said he could feel the uretha, where he repaired the bladder. I hope this numbness subsides.

You are still early post op and may need to do some healing to get past this point. I would keep in touch with dr on progress and any questions you may have.
