irritation

Not really sure how to explain this but I have an irritation that just wont quit. I dont have any odor or discharge but I do have some swelling the doctor doesnt think I have an infection. The only thing she recommended was dont wear any panty shields,wear cotton underwear, and get some a + d ointment. Has anyone had this and if so what did you do. I know about swelly belly but what is up with this? I also feel more open not sure if this is due to being swollen. I should mention I had a lavh on 6/10 and today I went back to work.

do wear cotton in this heat...try to go without underwear if you can, like sleep on a towel try and keep it cool and dry
you can put alittle vasoline or even babypowder to it helps, i hope you feel better
