I am not sure how to deal

I know somethings are hard to talk about, even with the people that are closest to you. I am sure that this is one of them. I hope that you are comforted in some small way, by knowing that people are here for you and prayers are said.
Find a moment to celebrate the joy you were givin in the time you spent with your Godson. Always remember, he saw the beaty in your heart shinning in your eyes.
