Sunny Saturday July 30th

Good morning everyone. It is rare that I start the daily thread but am glad to do it. Today we are headed off for the day with friends for a ride to some antique malls and shops. Mindful eating will be the rule of the day. I am sure we will be walking alot. I have my water bottle ready to go. The weather is sunny and warm but not oppressive so I am sure it will be a good day. Hope you all have the BEST OP day ever!
