Golfing

Great news for me! I am 5 weeks post-op tomorrow (TAH) and went golfing for the first time yesterday. My surgeon gave me the okay on Thursday. Said to quit when I got tired. I played 9 holes, sat out the next 5 and then played the last 4. The first 3 holes were awful - I was afraid to swing, but when I realized I wasn't falling apart, I did okay. I'm not even hurting this morning - will give it another go this afternoon. Just wanted to give other golfers hope.

Good to hear cvgc84! I haven't golfed in 2 years but am looking forward to getting back to it. It's just been too darn hot here. I'm 3 months post-op. I've signed up for some lessons in Aug to get me back into the swing of things. (No pun intended - LOL) So I'm looking forward to that.
