Hysterectomy:
Need to update my signature...unsure how to abbreviate for my situation...help

I had a TAH w/ removal of the lsft ovary, tube and my cervix. So....How do I write that?

1.TAH/BSO

2.TAH/Partial BSO

3. OTHER????


I'm just not clear enough and I know my sisters will have the answers. Thanks

Reina - I believe your abbrevation would be TAH/LSO since you're only having "left" ovary and tube removed along with TAH.
