I have a silly question...

I was wondering if it's my imagination or does the time of day I take my HRT affect the way I sleep? It seems to me that if I take it with dinner I sleep better. Less insomnia and night sweats. I usually take it with lunch but since i'm new at this twice I forgot. Those days I took it at dinner and seemed to have slept better. But then it could also be that the bedroom was cooler those nights. Has anyone else noticed a difference with the time you take it? I take .625 Premarin daily and just started on it about a week ago.

I don't think it's your imagination at all. The time of day you take your hrt can have an effect on your sleep and other things. I use a progesterone cream, when I first started I was to use it 2x per day. I was applying the 2nd dose at around 6pm and found myself wide awake at night. I changed my 2nd dose to around 3pm and I started sleeping again.
