Bowel Problems

I had an abdominal hysterectomy Monday August 1st. I also had a cyctecele and rectecele fixed at the same time. Well, I still have not had a bowel movement. I have taken a half a bottle of milk of magnesia, drank tons of konsyl)fiber powder), drank tons of water, tired glycerin suppositories, and today tried an enema...all with no luck. My stomach is still swelled up. I can pass gas. It feels like I can't push hard. I am still very sore. Does anyone have any advice for me to try and get things rolling here? I am very worried. It took me until the 5th day to have a bowel movement too, but it concerns me that you have tried all of this and none of it worked. The enema should have produced something at least.
I think you should call your dr or talk to the dr on call and ask about this. I have heard of sisters going longer than this without a bm, but I'm concerned you could find yourself in pain and maybe there is a blockage they need to check. I don't really know, but you have tried some pretty extreme measures here and for non of them to have worked makes me concerned for you.
