To soon to join Curves?
It"s been 2months today and tired of just walking and the treadmill. I would like to join Curves and get more exercise. Is it to soon to join? I've been really taking good care of myself, so I would hate to injure something that would set me back.

First call your DR and ask, I asked mine when I could return she said 12 weeks from surgery date I have a few more to wait !!!

I would discuss this with your doctor. IMHO it is probably too soon, but your doctor should be the one to advise you as when you can start.
