What are the signs of endrometrosis?

I had a ablation but it worked for a year about one year post ablation I had problems. Went from one evil to the other but now more than one problem.

Just curious what the signs and symptoms are my doctor asked me when I was in for my yearly if anyone had asked me that. I said no.
